Yes! There is no cost to sign up and start hosting. Everything you need is included in our platform, including film curation, film licensing, marketing support, and full access to our platform – allowing you to create events, sell tickets, conduct screenings, and manage your bookings all in one place.
Every Cinebur event is different and Hosts have broad creative flexibility to offer experiences compatible with their own venue, community, and character.
What all Cinebur Hosts do have in common is a commitment to quality, the community’s safety, and to creating positive social cinema experiences.
Cinebur offers our Hosts a seasonal rotation of curated and award-winning films that start a conversation.
Our selections have included winners and nominees from the Academy Awards, Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and other industry-leading festivals around the world.
Cinebur is pioneering a new distribution model by connecting filmmakers directly with our community of Hosts. Every filmmaker and Host sets their own prices independently, and the sum of these determines the total price a moviegoer pays for a Cinebur ticket.
This way, Hosts can access films and attract an audience without having to worry about licensing, while filmmakers retain a transparent stake in their box office performance.
You can offer many tier options, and set your own ticket prices depending on the experience you want to offer moviegoers.

You can host as often as you like!
Most Cinebur Hosts are committed to screening at least once per season, or four times a year, but there are no screening limitations on Cinebur. You can host as frequently as you and your community‘s appetite.
